                                      准备好材料:面粉,鸡蛋,牛奶,盐,糖,油

                           注意:这个过程不能沾一滴水,器皿都擦干再用哦。

                                        按量打蛋,在这里不妨先用4个,蛋清分离

                                           三根筷子准备打蛋清

                                    为了突出甜,放一点点盐

                                           继续打继续打继续打
                               有点稠时再放一勺糖,继续打

                     大约十五分钟后,就会变成奶油状而且筷子上的不会掉下来
                   这个过程比较关键,15分钟连续打,不是闹着玩的,很痛苦滴

                                             蛋黄里放两勺糖

                                            三勺冒尖的面粉

                                                    6勺牛奶

                                                    搅拌好

                                              倒入一半奶油状的蛋清

                                                   注意:上下搅拌,而不是打圈

                                          搅拌均匀后再倒入另一半奶油状蛋清,上下搅拌好

                                     电饭锅按下煮饭键预热一分钟后拿出,锅有点热就可以

                           倒入少许油均匀涂在锅内,以防粘锅 

                        倒入搅拌好的东西,然后蹲几下锅,把气泡蒸出来

                按下煮饭键,2分钟左右会自动跳到保温档,这时用毛巾捂住通风口,闷20分

                                               然后再按下煮饭键,20分钟就OK拉。

                             锅内涂了油,一倒就出来啦,蛋糕底部颜色比较深
